BE CONTENT (Day 1 of 6)
Hebrews is another of my favorite books (love the stuff about faith) and I ran across this the other day.
Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” Hebrews 13:5-6 ESV
Let’s take this verse and muddle around in it today.

Break it apart (it’s not saying we don’t need money, just that we shouldn’t love money) and run it through your current beliefs (what is your understanding of contentment?).
What is God really saying here? How could it play out in life and marriage?

We are still waging the war against the munchy deer. (They snuck in and ate a mess of raspberry leaves.)

Thankfully, they didn’t do too much damage (they left the canes), but we obviously need a sturdier fence. My guys are on it.
