RESOURCES (Day 6 of 7)
(Need to start at the beginning? Day 1)
With our closest friends, Paul and I make a point of inviting them to speak into our lives. If we’re doing something goofy or concerning, we want them to speak up and let us know.
Silence is agreement, so loving people speak up. Boyd Bailey
Basically we are trying to create a culture where concerns are heard and even welcomed. Who doesn’t need a little help staying in their lane and doing life well? We all mess up, and we need a gracious safety net where we can be lovingly corrected.
We also just need the collective strengths of our circle of friends. Having friends who are willing to share their thoughts and ideas, strengthens our walk and makes us better people.
