Take another day to experiment with rest in your day (or night).
When can you take a rest or pleasure break? Can you walk outside on your break at work? Can you sit and read when your littles are taking a nap? How about a coffee or tea break in the afternoon? What time do you really need to go to bed? What do you need to do to actually be ready to relax and sleep?
I’m enjoying my crocheting breaks and I’m trying to stop working by dinner time. I still do things in the evening, but it’s more creative fun activities or time spent with my sweetie.
