REFLECTION  (Day 5 of 7)
(Need to start at the beginning? Day 1)

Generosity – to serve and share with others
Gentleness – to give tender care
Grace – to forgive and set down offense

Sometimes I learn by looking at the opposite of what I want to do. Dictionaries can help.

dictionary

Here are a list of antonyms to the word gentle – hard, stern, rigid, harsh, severe, strict, callous, gruff, pitiless, irritable, insensitive, unpleasant (and there was more, but you get the idea).

When I find myself drifting that way, it’s time to get kind, sweet, attentive, patient, tender, understanding, warm, amiable, polite, friendly (and there was more, but you get the idea).
