OK, let’s give this a bit more thought and effort.

What do you want to work on today? How do you pace yourself so that you are aware and have the energy and focus to be consistent throughout the day?

I’ve been rather wrecked by my gentleness practice. I’m seeing people differently. I’m less critical (internally) and more helpful (externally). So for me, I’m fighting distraction so that I stay aware and in the moment.
