CONCLUSIONS – GRACIOUS WORDS (Day 7 of 7)
(Need to start at the beginning? Day 1)
So how did you do? Were you able to speak more graciously this week?
Gracious words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the body. Proverbs 16:24
I had good days, bad days, and better days.
I got fussy when my grandkids played with a new game “all wrong.” I’m not entirely sure why I got so cranky, but I did manage to stop the fussing and let them just be kids. I didn’t respond as playfully as I would like to have, but I’ll do better next time. 🙂
I love having a week to explore a concept and practice. Being intentional about a given thing means I see more clearly what I actually do and don’t do.
I mentioned I had baby quail popping out all over the place. I ended up with 32 quail out of 36 viable eggs. Not a bad hatch rate for a first time with a new incubator.
At a week out, I had to split them up into two bins for more room. The wire toppers (thank you, Paul) are to protect them from my sneaky cat and in another week or so they would be able to fly out.
