SECOND TRY  (Day 5 of 7)
(Need to start at the beginning?  Day 1)

… I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people … 1 Timothy 2:1  ESV

Another day for experimenting with prayer.

hands at prayer

Do you have a set time and place to pray? Maybe a habit tracker or a sticky note on your bathroom mirror?

Don’t know what to pray? How about using part of this scripture …

I do not cease to give thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers, that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of him, having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the working of his great might. Ephesians 1:16-19  ESV

You could ask for wisdom for your spouse (work, parenting, etc.) or you could ask God to show your spouse how powerfully He is working in their life. And, of course, it doesn’t have to be this scripture. Proverbs is pretty good too when it comes to prayer fodder.  🙂

Let prayer for your spouse take up a bit of your day.
