(Need to start at the beginning? Day 1)

Consider one of your spouse’s more significant needs or wants. Really give it some thought and look at different possibilities.

Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others. Philippians 2:3-4

Is there a way you could meet that desire today?

If it’s something more long term, what can you do to help it along or support your spouse in the process?

I asked my sweetie what he wanted this year. He really wants to finish out the new bedroom and bathroom. It’s been hanging over his head, and it would be lovely to have more room.

I really am going to be supportive of that. I’ll be helpful when and where I can, and no grumbling when he interrupts my day.
