I have a love/hate relationship with baby steps.
Those small steps are certainly easy to stick with and they will get you where you want to go, but they are so … small and the journey is … longer than I’d like.
However, fast big changes rarely stick and, as much as I’d like to get change done quickly, it’s the small slow changes that add up over time and make solid, substantial change.
Over the years I’ve had to make peace with that and just start today with the first small step and then the next.
