What kind of habits would make it easier to remember and hold onto the good in your life?
I have a friend who does this cool thing with her spouse at the dinner table. They share one good thing, one hard thing, and another good thing.
It was a great way of connecting each day, and it helped them major of the positives and be aware of (and help, if possible) with the negatives.
What small thing could you do today to remind yourself of all the good in your life?
