I think I have only read one book on hospitality* in my whole entire life.
Show hospitality to one another without grumbling. 1 Peter 4:9 ESV
So I’m going to ask y’all for resources. What books, blogs, podcasts, etc. have helped you create a welcoming heart and home?
I’ve been winging it by watching others and trying to be aware of guests’ needs.
When it comes to my hubby, I’ve just asked. He’s an individual, so his needs will be unique to him. What makes him feel comfortable? What does he need to feel at home in our home?
(* The book was Extraordinary Hospitality for Ordinary Christians by Victoria Duerstock. It was pretty good, actually.)
