SELF-EXAMINATION (Day 2 of 7)
How often are you angry? How do you handle your anger? Are you often annoyed or frustrated with your sweetie? Do you hold your anger in or express it?
This is a harder concept for me to grasp because I tend to internalize emotions and I tend to downplay my anger because I don’t show it off. I’m also quick to use words like “frustrated” or “dissatisfied.”
Spend the day talking to God about your anger (and various expressions) and what you do about it. Let Him show you a more accurate picture.
